My name is Joel and I am currently studying Photography. I am using a Canon DSLR camera to take my all my images which are be found on this blog. I have enjoyed taking photos for a long time and now plan to extend my knowledge of photography. Recently I have begun to focus on specific areas of photography instead of taking images as they come. These areas include Nature and Natural Portraits.
The camera I have used to take the majority of my images is the Canon EOS 1000D, although this is not a top Canon model I have found it has all the features I currently need to use such as adjustable: Shutter Speed, Light settings, Aperture, ISO and in camera edits such as Monochrome. I have to lenses that I use with the camera a stock 18-55mm lens and a Sigma 75-300mm lens with a macro setting so I can get up close with my nature shots. Finally the 1000d has 10 mega pixels with allows me to enlarge my images for mounting and showing without any pixilation.
